Refund & Return Policy

1. Nature of the product

Courses are digital content made available immediately on payment. Refunds therefore apply under specific conditions, as follows.

2. When you are entitled to a full refund

• within 7 days of purchase, and
• if your progress in the course does not exceed 20% of its lessons.

3. Cases where a refund is not accepted

• More than 7 days after purchase.
• If your progress exceeds 20% of the course, or you have obtained the completion certificate.
• Courses discounted 100% by a coupon, or access granted for free.

4. Technical faults

If you face a fault that prevents you from accessing the content and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the conditions above.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us via the contact page with your order reference and the reason. We review the request within 3 business days.

6. Refund method and timing

The amount is returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days of approval, and your access to the course is revoked when the refund is processed.
