1. Acceptance of the terms
By using the CybraLab platform and creating an account or buying a course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. The information you provide must be accurate. Accounts may not be shared or sold.
3. Content and intellectual property
All courses, videos, exams and notes are owned by or licensed to CybraLab and are for your personal, educational use only. Downloading, re-publishing, sharing or commercial use of the videos is prohibited. A breach leads to account suspension without refund and may result in legal action.
4. Certificates
The completion certificates issued by the platform are non-accredited certificates that confirm you finished the course content. They are not a substitute for official professional certifications from the issuing bodies.
5. Payment
Prices are shown in Saudi riyals (or the available payment currency). Course access is activated after payment is completed. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details.
6. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to hack or disrupt the platform, gain unauthorised access to other users' data, or use the content for unlawful activity.
7. Disclaimer
The content is provided "as is" for educational purposes. The platform is not responsible for any misuse of the information and does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms, and the update takes effect as soon as it is published on this page.
