- Usage data: courses you are enrolled in, your lesson progress, exam results.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and login logs — for security and operations.
- Payment data: handled entirely by the third-party payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
2. How we use the data
To provide the service (course access, progress tracking, issuing certificates), to improve the platform, to contact you about your account or purchases, and to protect the platform from abuse.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with: the payment provider (to complete transactions), the hosting/infrastructure provider, and government authorities upon a binding legal request.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your session signed in, a referral-link cookie when one is used, and a cookie to remember your interface language. We do not use advertising-tracking cookies.
5. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us (financial transaction records are retained as required by law).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, and request its deletion within the limits of the law.
7. Data security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data (password hashing, encrypted HTTPS connection, access restrictions). However, no system is 100% secure.
